We have planted numerous undergrowth trees and shrubs, including a variety of native plants as well as a number of exotic plants from around the world.
We have large trees framing the front landscape, framed by blue and pink hydrangeas. The large oaks provide the necessary shade in the hot and humid summers of the Mississippi, and the canopies provide a custom-made large climbing hall. An additional veranda above the bedroom also provides a welcome respite, overlooking the expansive green lawn that lines the flower beds and features a variety of native and exotic plants as well as a number of exotic shrubs and trees. A sprawling oak with hydrangeas towers over the flowering tobacco, while graceful ferns nestle into the large oak roof that protects our front yard from the hot, humid weather of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Gulf of Mexico.
